Kariz Applied Research is operated by Kavir Group Pty Ltd, an Australian company providing commissioned engineering research data services. We work with organisations, technical teams and appropriately authorised research projects under written agreements.
Engineering and research teams can lose significant time because source information is fragmented, datasets are poorly documented, or analytical capacity arrives too late to influence the work.
KARIZ exists to shorten that distance. We structure technical information, execute agreed computational workflows and document the resulting evidence so it can be reviewed by people who were not involved in producing it.
Our role is not to replace the client, a supervisor, an institution or a responsible engineer. We provide defined data and research services; the client retains responsibility for decisions, conclusions, disclosures, submissions and final use.
The closest analogy is air traffic control. The client remains the pilot — holding the aircraft, the destination and the responsibility. KARIZ reads the wider picture, names the risks and helps choose a better route.
KARIZ is independent and company-managed. It is not a marketplace, does not permit clients to engage project specialists privately, and remains responsible for delivery, quality control and client communication.
A completed engagement may include a structured dataset, data dictionary, provenance record, computational outputs, quality-control summary, technical report and the working files specified in the scope.
Project identities, datasets and findings remain confidential unless the client authorises disclosure. We use anonymised examples only where the applicable agreement permits it.
For a university department, KARIZ delivered a structured dataset and technical report following a four-week review of experimental data and agreed computational checks. The engagement was completed and accepted before payment.
